The Role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Admin who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering real outcomes. You’ll be the primary link between Carbon, our clients, and our contractors, ensuring everyone feels supported, aligned, and confident. You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and guide both clients and contractors toward long-term success with Carbon. What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through engagement, development, and offboarding, ensuring staff and contractors have a smooth, supportive experience. This includes preparing onboarding documentation, handling benefit enrollment, and completing exit checklists.
  • Employment Contracts & HRIS Management: Prepare and maintain employment contracts, manage accurate HRIS entries, and ensure personnel data stays up to date and reliable.
  • Understand & Support Workforce Needs: Learn the priorities of each team and support the HR processes that align people operations with measurable business goals.
  • Monitor Engagement & Retention: Help with tracking employee satisfaction trends, flag risks early, and support proactive solutions that strengthen morale and reduce turnover.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership to ensure employee feedback informs organizational improvements.
  • Champion the Employee Voice: Represent staff needs in policy and process development, promoting fairness, clarity, and transparency.
  • Streamline HR Operations: Maintain organized personnel records, refine workflows, and improve administrative processes to make them more efficient and user-friendly.
  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance requirements for all employee and contractor files, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with internal and legal standards.

Who You Are

  • Experienced People Supporter: 3+ years in HR, administration, coordination, or another people-focused role where trust, clear communication, and consistent follow-through mattered.
  • Clear and Adaptable Communicator: Strong English skills, able to explain policies and processes in simple terms and connect well with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Notices emerging issues early, takes responsibility, and helps convert challenges into more efficient workflows in a structured environment.
  • Organized and Detail-Driven: Handles multiple priorities with steady structure, keeping records accurate and ensuring key tasks and deadlines never slip through the cracks.
  • Experience with HR Tools: Comfortable using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and communication platforms, with the curiosity to learn new tools quickly. Must have prior experience with Revisal and / or REGES online.
  • Empathetic Workplace Partner: Motivated by supporting people’s growth and well-being, working with care and professionalism across departments and roles.
